Where it all began.
Gather Round founders Hannah and Zak first launched Pizza Wagon — a successful mobile catering business run out of a classic Citroen H van — in 2012. The very van that Hannah shipped all her worldly possessions in when she moved to Australia.
A few years later, the happy couple returned to Hannah’s native England and married in the Hampshire countryside before their friends, family and three glorious Nordic tipis. All these magical elements came together to create a picture-perfect backdrop to the best day of their lives so far.

On their honeymoon, the newlyweds plotted how they could bring this concept back to Australia, providing full-service event hire for unique celebrations.
The Gather Round ‘family’ now includes their beloved Pizza Wagon, Peninsula Tipi's, Gelati Cart and Old Fashioned Bar, alongside pretty AND practical amenities, The Pretty Cool Room mobile coolroom hire and Privy the Pretty portable toilet and bathroom.
Based in picturesque Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula, the pair and their hard-working team love creating memorable moments near and far. From the Yarra Valley to Geelong, Gippsland to Greater Melbourne, they offer full-service packages for pop-up events at venues and private properties.
They’ve catered for markets, festivals, parties, corporate functions and engagements all over Victoria, but bespoke weddings and private events have become their specialty.
